Hi, I am Rick O'Shaughnessy, the Office Manager for our Lutz Lake Fern office in Northern Hillsborough County, which is just a hop, skip and jump from Pasco County, where me and my family live.
In 1979, I moved from Long Island N.Y. to attend Saint Leo College, where I graduated in 1984 with a B.A. in Management. I returned to Saint Leo, which grew into a University, and obtained my M.B.A. in Management in 1997.
From 1986 thru 2003, I worked for USAA Insurance Company as an Adjuster and Casualty Examiner, where I met my lovely wife, Kimberly. We married on Saint Patrick's Day 1990 and have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, Katherine Ann (Katie) 01-09-92, and Kelli Marie.
I truly feel that I must be the luckiest man ever to be blessed with so much and to be able to help other families find the homes of their dreams. We own our home in Pasco, have a rental home in Pasco and a Condo on the Gulf of Mexico in Pinellas County. I live by the motto "what goes around comes around" and "treat others as you wish to be treated".
